WELCOME / SPYDR FIELD MANUAL
Learn the web.
Run the work.
Spydr takes a photo-first inventory session and turns it into organized, reviewable eBay listings. This guide follows the same path as the product.
Capture
Upload a complete photo run.
Review
Resolve details and warnings.
Release
Approve and publish deliberately.
START HERE
Create your first listing batch
- 1
Open a new batch
From the workspace, choose New batch and give the session a useful name.
- 2
Add your photo run
Select all item photos from the session. Keep images in the order you photographed them.
- 3
Confirm the groups
Review how photos were grouped into items, then split, combine, or reorder when needed.
- 4
Generate and review
Create listing details, resolve required fields and warnings, then approve the finished item for publishing.
SET UP
Account and workspace
Create your account from the sign-in screen. Your workspace owns its batches, inventory, marketplace connection, subscription, templates, and team permissions. Keep one consistent workspace for a selling operation so usage and records remain together.
SET UP
Connect eBay safely
Open Settings, choose Accounts, and begin the eBay connection. Complete the authorization on eBay, then return to Spydr and confirm that the connection card reports ready.
- Use the eBay seller account that should own the listings.
- Do not close the authorization window until Spydr confirms the return.
- If the status is incomplete, restart the connection from Settings rather than repeatedly refreshing the callback page.
SET UP
Choose listing defaults
Listing Settings holds the repeatable decisions used when a draft is created. Review shipping behavior, return policy, item location, offer preferences, and any saved Listing Kits before generating a large batch.
CREATE LISTINGS
Upload photos that are easy to resolve
Photograph one item completely before moving to the next. Include the front, back, labels, measurements, flaws, and any serial or model information a buyer will need.
Good photo run
Consistent background, useful angles, readable identifiers, and visible condition details.
Avoid ambiguity
Do not interleave two items or hide defects that should affect condition and description.
CREATE LISTINGS
Group, split, and reorder items
Spydr proposes item groups from the batch. Treat the result as a starting point: drag photos into the correct order, split unrelated images, and combine groups that belong to the same sellable item.
CREATE LISTINGS
Generate listing details
After grouping is correct, generate the listing draft. Spydr uses the available evidence to prepare titles, descriptions, item details, and marketplace-ready structure. A new AI-created item uses allowance only when that new draft is created.
CREATE LISTINGS
Review evidence, research, and readiness
The review screen keeps photos, editable listing details, research context, warnings, and readiness in one place. Resolve every required field and verify claims against the item in front of you.
- Confirm brand, model, size, color, material, condition, and included parts.
- Use pricing research as context, not as an automatic promise of value.
- Check title clarity and make sure the description discloses visible flaws.
- Review the final submission preview before release.
RUN YOUR STORE
Publish to eBay
Publishing is deliberate. When the readiness checks are clear, open the final preview and choose the publish action. Spydr will show the resulting marketplace status or a specific error that needs attention.
RUN YOUR STORE
Inventory, locations, and labels
Use Inventory to search listing records and keep operational information attached to each item. Add SKUs, storage locations, costs, and labels consistently so the physical item remains easy to find after it sells.
RUN YOUR STORE
Calendar and automations
The publishing calendar organizes scheduled work. Automation tools expose supported repetitive actions and their current state. Keep rules narrow, review their scope, and pause anything that no longer matches your selling process.
WORKSPACE
Teams and approvals
Invite only people who need workspace access. Use roles and approval settings to separate preparation from final release, and review the team report when you need an operational record of work completed.
WORKSPACE
Reports and exports
Reports bring together inventory, sales, cost, and team activity. Use exports for reconciliation and backup; confirm imported marketplace data is current before relying on a report for business decisions.
ACCOUNT
Plans and usage
Plans scale new AI-created items, Listing Kits, connected accounts, automation rules, and team capacity. Usage resets monthly on both monthly and annual billing. Open Billing inside the workspace to see the plan and allowance attached to your account.
ACCOUNT
Billing, upgrades, and cancellation
Review the price, billing cycle, and allowance before confirming a change. Annual plans charge the annual amount after trial. Cancellation and downgrades take effect at renewal so your records remain available through the paid period.
ACCOUNT
Account security
Use a unique password, keep recovery email access current, and sign out on shared devices. Never paste credentials, marketplace authorization codes, billing details, or private customer information into support notes.

Common issues
An upload stopped or a photo is missing+
Return to the batch and retry only the incomplete photo. Confirm the file opens locally and that your connection is stable.
Photos were grouped incorrectly+
Open the grouping controls before generation, then split, combine, or reorder the affected images.
The eBay connection is not ready+
Go to Settings → Accounts and restart the connection. Complete the eBay authorization in the same browser session.
A listing will not publish+
Read the readiness and marketplace error shown on the item. Correct the named field, policy, account, or connection issue, then submit again.
