Choose your plan and monthly or annual billing upfront; the selected price and cadence are billed at trial end unless canceled. Plan switches do not reset the trial allowance or extend the trial. Existing trial promises are preserved. Exhaustion pauses generation without charging early. Ending a trial early requires reviewing and confirming payment in Billing.

50 listings for $9.99; 100 listings for $17.99; 250 listings for $39.99. Monthly allowance is spent first. Purchased extras belong to the workspace, never expire while the account exists, and survive plan changes and cancellation. An active paid subscription is required to spend them. No automatic purchases or cross-workspace transfer.

One successfully saved new AI draft uses one listing. Reservations protect in-flight or uncertain work. Ordinary edits, publication, imports, sync, Silk, research, local photo editing, and SKU/bin changes do not use another listing. Deleting a draft does not restore allowance.

Annual plans are paid upfront but deliver allowance monthly. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at billing renewal. Paid same-cycle upgrades require a charge and prorated incremental allowance preview. Existing usage and reservations remain.

The workspace owner can open Billing, choose Cancel at period end, and confirm. Saved records and purchased extras remain; spending extras requires an active paid subscription. No subscription, listing or job was canceled by this chat.

Open Payment methods and invoices in Billing. Complete any bank authentication or update the card, then check the existing request status. I cannot establish why a charge occurred without a verified invoice. Saved data and support remain available while paid work is paused.

Contact Support to review the specific payment. I cannot promise a refund or a legal policy. Verified refunds and disputes adjust their original purchased pack, preserving unrelated allowance. Policy approval remains a launch gate.

Permissions are checked for the current workspace. Only its owner manages billing. An expired or excess seat cannot perform paid work; support and billing recovery remain reachable.

Use Connected eBay stores for this workspace. Reconnect the same seller through the approved OAuth flow. Do not edit shared credentials, RuName or desktop Auto Lister callbacks. Disconnecting a store is separate from signing out of Spydr.

Select the connected seller’s shipping, payment and return policies in listing settings. Validate package details and required category fields before publishing. Policies from another seller cannot be substituted.

Import reads existing eBay listings without using trial allowance. Review partial or unsupported results; importing does not authorize live edits. The 10,000-active catalog target still requires load validation. Larger stores need assisted review.

Choose supported photos up to 12 MB each. The batch target is 500 photos and the listing target is 24; device and marketplace validation remain required. Uploads resume saved files without overwriting originals. Reject unsupported files; do not silently lose them.

Open a batch to split or merge item groups, move and reorder photos, and choose a cover. Keep label, ruler, serial and flaw photos. Correct grouping before generation; retained seller photos and their order must be preserved.

After the server accepts a listing job, processing can continue when the page closes. Unknown paid outcomes remain locked for receipt reconciliation; do not submit another paid request. Review unsupported facts and measurements as unknown. Local photo jobs stop when the tab closes.

Open the listing’s exact required controls, correct the facts, and review readiness again. Publishing and live revisions use their existing confirmation and authorization flows. Imported listings may have different write support. A chat message never publishes or ends a listing.

Open Inventory in this workspace and search or filter your records. Seller edits remain authoritative. This answer does not search another workspace or claim an item exists without a current authorized lookup.

Enter SKUs, locations and purchase cost in Inventory. Automatic SKU tools and QR labels require their plan and release gates. Scan only a label you are authorized to open; the destination rechecks workspace access.

Estimated profit and reconciled actual sales are different. Unknown purchase cost, fees, refunds or shipping are not zero. Inspect coverage and date ranges before trusting totals; paid order totals are not necessarily net proceeds.

Rules start off and require an explicit bounded preview and approval. Inspect item limits, expiry, floor assumptions and permissions; pause a rule when uncertain. The scheduler rechecks current access and approval before writes.

Pro includes two users, Scale five and Business ten, including the owner. New trials use the selected tier’s user limit. Basic collaboration starts at Pro; assignments/shared queues start at Scale. Invite the verified email and review the role. Excess or revoked members cannot keep running old automation.

Business approval policies are enforced independently of assignment permissions. Material listing changes invalidate earlier approval. Review the current content and explicitly confirm; owner status does not bypass a required approval.

Use the existing Inventory export for your authorized workspace. Export and support remain reachable after subscription access ends. Review live-listing offboarding limits before moving tools; cancellation does not end eBay listings.

Contact Support for an account deletion request and review retention and purchased-extra consequences before approval. Deleting a successful draft does not restore allowance. No data was deleted by this chat.

Do not paste passwords, API/OAuth keys, payment details or buyer information. Use Contact Support for a suspected security or data-loss event; urgent triage applies to every plan. Credentials and OAuth changes require separate approval.

Review and edit a support request before submitting it. Safe diagnostic references are optional; file attachments are not accepted. A saved or queued email is not delivered. Standard support is on Lite/Starter and priority routing begins with Pro.

Photo tools run locally and do not use listing allowance. Preserve the original and compare product edges, flaws, labels and color. Completed results can be saved; closing the tab stops unfinished local work. Automatic segmentation stays gated until the exact model license and quality checks pass.

Research uses authorized eBay sources only. Active asking prices, your own sales and wider sold evidence are separate. Missing access or no comparable evidence means uncertainty; Silk does not invent sold prices or call paid web/AI fallbacks.
