Launch policy draft — review pending

- Refunds
- No routine refunds after payment for monthly or annual subscriptions or listing packs, including unused time or listings. Exceptions remain for billing errors, refunds required by law, and service-failure refunds explicitly approved case by case.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues through the paid period unless permanent account deletion is separately confirmed. Cancellation does not request permanent account deletion.
- Permanent deletion
- After permanent deletion is confirmed, account access is revoked immediately. Unnecessary account content, including original and edited photos, is removed from active systems within 7 days.
- Support records
- Support messages are retained for up to 90 days after deletion solely to resolve support issues or disputes, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Only the minimum records necessary for a documented unresolved dispute or legal obligation may be kept longer.
- Financial records
- Financial records follow a separate approved retention schedule and are not deleted indiscriminately. The seven-year schedule is approved for staging qualification; final public activation remains subject to review.
- Recovery copies
- Restricted recovery copies expire under the applicable provider retention policy. Provider-specific expiry remains unverified. Permanent deletion does not promise immediate erasure from backups or restoration of the deleted account.
- Unused packs and deletion
- Treatment of an unused listing-pack balance on permanent account deletion requires final review. Cancellation alone preserves that balance; active paid service is required to use it.
- Cookies and this device
- Sign-in and temporary eBay connection cookies support account access. Upload-recovery metadata and saved Photo Editor originals, edits and batch progress may remain in this browser on this device. Removing server account content cannot erase files you downloaded or browser data on an offline device; clear the relevant site data and local files yourself when needed. These local records are not advertising profiles.

Your trial and chosen plan
The eligible trial lasts 7 days, requires a card and includes 15 new AI-created listings total. It includes the features and workspace limits of your selected tier. Choose your plan and monthly or annual billing upfront; that plan and cadence are billed at trial end unless canceled. Changing plans does not reset the total trial allowance or extend the trial. Existing trial promises remain in place.
Annual billing, monthly allowance
Annual plans are charged upfront after the trial or an explicitly confirmed early conversion. Listing allowance is delivered monthly. Exhausting a trial never authorizes an early charge.
What uses a listing
One successfully saved new AI draft uses one listing. Imports, sync, ordinary edits, research, Silk, local photo editing and publication do not use additional listing allowance. Deleting a saved draft does not restore it. Uncertain provider outcomes remain reserved for review.
Purchased extras stay with you
Monthly allowance is spent first. Purchased extras never expire while the account exists, remain after cancellation or plan changes, and require an active paid subscription to use. They belong to the purchasing workspace.
Changes and cancellation
Review the charge and allowance preview before a plan change. Cancellation and downgrades take effect at billing renewal. For refund, dispute, permanent deletion and retention questions, contact Support before proceeding.
